At East Bay Gymnastics, we believe every birthday should be an adventure!  Planning your child’s special day is easy and stress-free with us.  We transform ordinary celebrations into extraordinary experiences.  Whether your child envisions an action-packed Nerf gun battle, a creative arts and crafts session, a bouncing escapade in our inflatable play area, or of course the excitement of gymnastics, we have the perfect options to make their birthday dreams come true!

Up to 15 Kids – $450
16-20 Kids – $600
21-30 Kids – $850
31-40 Kids – $1,150

Damage Deposit
Fully refundable $250 damage deposit is due upon booking and will be refunded no later than 72 hours after the conclusion of your party. 

If you’re interested in hosting a party for more than 40 guests contact us directly. 

• Access to our party room, along with tables covered with vibrant tablecloths (available in pink, purple, red, or blue), plus paper plates, napkins, and spoons or forks.
• 1 hour and 15 minutes of your chosen adventure activity, followed by 45 minutes in the party room for food and cake.
• Arrival up to 30 minutes before your scheduled party time to decorate.

• Elevate the atmosphere with simple decorations.
• Delight your guests with tempting cupcakes/cookies, refreshing drinks, pizza, or finger foods.
• Ensure a perfect ending with adorable goodie bags, making the celebration memorable from start to finish.

• Digital Invitations – $30
• Extra Party Time  – $75 per 30 minutes 
• Hair Beading – Starting at $200
  
• Airbrush Tattoos – Starting at $200

Final guest count is due 1 week before the party date so we can staff accordingly. Please note that the total count should include the birthday child as well as any siblings attending.

Looking for the perfect place to host your own adventure? Rent our spacious party area and bring your own fun! Whether you’re planning a theme event, games, or any other exciting adventure, we offer a clean, safe environment for your celebration. Please contact us for additional details to ensure everything aligns with our space and guidelines. 

• If a party is canceled at least two weeks in advance, a full refund will be provided.
• For cancellations 1-2 weeks before the party, a partial refund will be available.
• If the party is canceled within a week or less of the scheduled date, no refund will be issued.
• All party bookings must be made at least 2 weeks in advance. A $150 charge will apply for last-minute bookings.
