Our Competitive Gymnastics program includes the Pre-Team, USA Gymnastics Women’s National Development Program, USA Gymnastics Xcel Program and USA Gymnastics Acrobatic Program.  Join our year-round competitive team through coach invitation and embark on an incredible journey of growth and achievement!

Pre-Team Gymnastics Program

This specialized program caters to exceptional gymnasts aged 5 to 7. Our goal is to nurture their growth and development, equipping them for the demands of competitive gymnastics. Enroll in this program with a recommendation from our esteemed Competitive Team Coaches, and embark on a journey of excellence!

Developmental Competitive 

Program Team

This program caters to USA Gymnastics Level 3 through Hopes/Elite Athletes & TOPs. Our team members train rigorously in preparation for representing East Bay in competitions nationwide. Our talented athletes have earned numerous State & National Titles, along with Academic & Athletic College Scholarships.
